HIGH-QUALITY WINES THAT CAPTURE THE SOUL OF THE SINIS PENINSULA,
ENCAPSULATING THE ESSENCE OF THE LAND AND THE SEA
IN THEIR AROMAS AND FLAVORS,
FOR A UNIQUE AND UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.
Our Wines
Quality wines, born from the land, in respect of the land.
We started from an old abandoned vineyard less than 1 km from Is Arutas, one of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, to tell the story of the Sinis Peninsula in our own way. A land we love, a magical place where the sea, the wind, and the sun shape a landscape of rare beauty.
An unspoiled agricultural panorama, home to people who have never lost their deep connection with the land and its fruits. This same deep connection with our land is also embodied in our logo, a symbol of the tradition and passion that guide our work.

ESPOSTO 221° SO
Esposto 221° S.O. is the first label of Tenute Sinis, a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC born from a vineyard cultivated just a few hundred meters from the stunning Is Arutas beach, famous for its sand resembling grains of rice.
The vineyard that gives life to Esposto 221° S.O. covers one and a half hectares and is home to old Vermentino vines, once abandoned, growing on a sandy soil rich in limestone matrix.
The name is a tribute to its position in the vineyard: like a beach towel exposed to the Mistral wind.
The unique soil and climate conditions impart the wines with sapidity, structure, and personality. The grape harvest is slightly delayed to allow for higher sugar content, resulting in a fuller-bodied wine with greater aromatic expression. The grapes are rigorously hand-picked, swiftly transported to Terralba, and subjected to white vinification, involving gentle pressing and fermentation exclusively in stainless steel.
Wine Analysis
Esposto 221° S.O. shines in the glass with a beautiful straw-yellow hue and lunar reflections—a bright and lively appearance that remains still in the glass, with only a hint of rotation. The nose is rich and intense, unfolding notes of Reinette apple and banana, intertwined with delicate hints of jasmine and honeysuckle, along with deeper Mediterranean aromas of rosemary and lavender.
On the palate, Esposto 221° S.O. impresses with its savoriness: flavorful, almost saline, yet simultaneously fresh and smooth. It is a structured wine with an elegant and persistent sip, bringing back flavors of Saturn peach and chamomile flowers.

Pairing Suggestions
Esposto 221° S.O. makes for a rich and refreshing aperitif, perfectly paired with creamy, slightly sweet cheeses such as Asiago DOP.
At the table, it finds its place alongside oysters, clams, and mussels as a starter, as well as seafood spaghetti, mullet bottarga with olive oil and cherry tomatoes, or even a steamed croaker fish infused with lemon aroma.

ESPOSTO 133° SE: Il Rosè
A pale rosé wine with slight violet reflections. Intense floral aromas of dog rose and wild violet, accompanied by fruity nuances reminiscent of ripe berries, raspberry, currant, and black cherry. On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant acidity and pronounced salinity.

Coming Soon
We have many exciting new developments planned.
In 2024, over 3,500 Carignano vine cuttings were planted in the Rio Urchi vineyards, and the new ESPOSTO 288 NO will be arriving soon.
Other projects are in the works, aimed at continuing to offer you niche productions with a unique character and exceptional quality.
